When you book a service, a little context goes a long way. Your car’s history and the way you use it help our technicians plan the work, order the right parts and spot anything worth a closer look.
Start with the essentials
Have the make, model, year and approximate kilometres to hand. If you have a service book or recent workshop records, bring them along or mention them when you book — especially for cars that have changed hands.
Describe what you’ve noticed
Share specific observations in your own words. A new sound, a warning light or a change in how the car feels gives us a starting point.
- When did you first notice it?
- Does it happen every time, or only sometimes — cold, warm, at speed?
- Has any recent work been carried out?

Tell us how you use the car
A weekend drive, a daily commute and a track day ask different things of a car. If you’re planning a track event or a long trip, let us know so we can check the things that matter most — brakes, tyres, fluids and alignment.
Talk about the next step
Book through our online booking system or send us an enquiry. If you plan to wait in the lounge, mention it when booking. For the full list of what we offer, see Service & repair.
