James Lodge made an immediate impact on joining Jones Motorsport, winning round two of the 2026 Porsche Michelin Sprint Challenge at The Bend.
Lodge did it without winning a race. Second place in all three was enough for the round, and it gave Jones Motorsport its second straight round win after Hunter Robb's victory at Phillip Island.
In Sunday's 45-minute Jim Richards Enduro, Lodge moved from fourth to second after an incident ahead of him on lap 10.
Robb recovered from a slow start to the weekend. He finished seventh and third in Saturday's races, then moved up to second early in the Enduro. He was shuffled back as far as sixth after challenging for the lead at turn one, but fought back to finish fourth. He left The Bend second in the Pro standings, two points behind Xavier Avramides.
