Every classic that has been off the road has its own story. Some have been stored well; others have simply been parked and forgotten. Either way, we start by understanding the car before we touch it.
Start with a look, not a key
Turning the engine over before anything has been checked can do more harm than good. We assess the car first, so the plan is based on what we find rather than assumptions.
- Fluids, fuel and filters
- Brakes, hoses and seals
- Tyres, including their age
- Wiring and electrical connections
A plan you can make decisions from
Once we know where the car stands, we’ll talk you through what it needs now, what can wait and what it might cost. You decide how far to go, from getting it running safely to a fuller mechanical refresh.
Then the work
The work is carried out in our workshop, with updates along the way. Before the car is handed back, it’s road-tested so you can enjoy it with confidence.
