Yes, after-hours access is available. A service fee applies to cover staff attendance and vehicle handover outside standard operating hours.

Yes, we are fully compliant for the storage of Super Fund–owned vehicles.
Our facility meets all regulatory requirements for SMSF-held personal use assets, including remote storage from the trustee’s residence, non-display conditions, and strict access protocols.We understand the importance of maintaining separation between trustees and SMSF assets. Vehicles stored with us are never accessed, driven, or handled by related parties, and we provide documentation to support your investment strategy and storage rationale.
If required, we can also assist with insurance compliance, ensuring your fund is correctly noted on relevant policies.

Yes, we provide vehicle cleaning using Bowden’s Own products. For full vehicle detailing, we work with third-party operators.

While your car is stored at our facility, we require that you maintain your own insurance coverage. This ensures your vehicle is protected according to your specific needs and valuation.
We do not provide insurance directly, but we’re happy to assist with documentation or access details if required by your insurer.

Due to the conditions of our insurance policy and associated fire risk considerations, we are unable to offer storage for electric vehicles.
